The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for
use by the Mined Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of

The Colorado Division of Wildlife does hereby find, to the best of
our knowledge, that the impact of the proposed mining operation on
wildlife will be

Assessment of Impact on Wildlife: (may be attached)
Some loss of wildlife from road kills due to increased, use of
roads by equipment employees , etc. , and general disturbance
in an area previously undisturbed.
Reclamation Recommendations : (may be attached)
1. Water developed for mining be made available for wildlife.
2. Revegetate with native grasses , forbs , and shrubs recommended
by S. C.S.
3. If anyone associated with this project is convicted of illegal
taking of wildlife, D.O. W. recommends termination of permit
and federal lease.
