All discharges of surface runoff authorized under this permit from outfalls 002, <br />003, 004, 005 and 006 are eligible. Outfalls 001 and 007 are eligible for relief from TSS, total iron end SS; <br />however, the majority of the loading from either discharge has to consist of surface rmotT for the relief to be <br />available. The permittee will need to show that exceedeace of the applicable Gn3itations was caused by precipitation <br />and not mine or spoils spring water, through a comparison of the loading from each source. <br />Relief may be granted for each discharge occurrence only when necessary and shall not be granted when the <br />permiltee has control over the discharge. The permittee should endeavor to meet the primary limitations whenever <br />possible. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />INDBP <N/93 <br />
