Tl~e <br />Siloam Road is owned by Puebla County and the powerline is <br />owned by San Isabel Electric. All the owners were naLlfl.ecl <br />because they are adjoining property ownnra. We will repair or <br />replete the fence if it ie affected by mining. <br />MINING PLAN <br />Concurron t- with this 110-parmi is arPli~:+t.i nn wn havo a <br />112-permit application submitted to the Division that includes <br />the stone yard. Reference to the use of the stone yard was <br />done because i em eesuming that permit will eventually be <br />approved.
