The <br />inadequacies include: <br />1. Many of the maps in the applications do not clearly indicate <br />the area of affected land and the area to be mined. Colored <br />line modifications could clarify this problem. <br />2. It is our position that the processing area at the Wltitewater <br />Pit is affected land and is not offsite. This area should <br />be included as affected land and the reclamation plan. <br />3. What will hold the hay mulch in place? <br />4.
