The proposed pit and processing facility is located east of the B Road <br />intersection with State Highway 141 (32 Road). Mesa County has reviewed and approved <br />United Companies' application for a Conditional Use Permit for this site. <br />One of the requirements necessary to £le for a Reclamation Permit is that United <br />Companies notify the Mesa County Commission of our application for a Reclamation <br />Permit for the BLM Pit # 1. The "Notice Of Filing Application" form attached constitutes <br />this required notification. <br />Also required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board is proof that the required <br />notification of the Mesa County Commission was performed. Please sign and date each <br />of the two copies of this letter. United Companies will use one of these signed letters as <br />proof of service of this notification.
