This work was initiated during [he week of May 4, 1998 and completed during the week <br />of May 11, 1998. This work was performed under TR-03 which was approved by CDMG in a letter <br />dated February 19, 1996. <br />Additional Comments: Sediment fence installed along toe of embankment looks ok.
