C-92-081 <br />Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports <br />Dear Mr. Kaldenbach: <br />On behalf of Mr. Tom Petrosky of Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. (HGTI), please find <br />enclosed the 1998 2°d Quarter Pond Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OOIA) <br />and the Rail Loop Pond (002A) at HGTI's Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C- <br />92-081. <br />Both pond inspection reports have been certified by a professional engineer. As described <br />on the pond inspection report for the Rail Loop Pond, HGTI completed maintenance work <br />on the pond's embankment, per Technical Revision No. 03 (T'R-03), during the quaver.
