In
reviewing Southway's earlier letters I didn't see a specific need for action
or a response.
As Land Use Adminlstrator for Saguache County I don't see a conflict with
existing regulations or neighboring land use. In fact it will be to several
agencies benefit 1f the terms of the permit are changed. The extended
period oP storage will not create a problem.
I assume Southway has the approval of the landowner to extend the
storage time period.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application. If I can be
of further help please call me.
Sincerely,
-~QLI-, ~ k~m.
Brad Jones
Saguache County Adminlstrator
Land Use Adminlstrator
cc: Southway Construction Co., Inc.
File
