SHELTON Director <br />s ! s a ,~ / <br />Rrcna:a C Lanm <br />Go,remo, h1EldORANDUh1 <br />DATE: March 29, 1982 <br />TO: Clear Creek Country Clerk, Box 2000, Georgetown, Colorado 80444 <br />FROM: Jay Lucas <br />Pursuant to the requirement of the Colorado Mined Reclamation Act* <br />to inform counties and certain municipalities of Development and Extraction <br />(i.e. mining) Permit applications filed with this office, please know that <br />Alvin Mooch and Patricia C. ~fosch has filed an <br />application for a Permit to mine orecious metals (underground) <br />at the followiny Zega1 description: _ N't of Sec. 33, T3S, R73W <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for recreation .The <br />deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or to <br />petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by lata; for information please call this <br />office. ' <br />Prior to Board approval the applicant's proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans must be in conformance with Ioca1 zoning ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations, or master plan. Pursuant to Sections 39-32-I 09 (G) and <br />34-32-115(e) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 39-32-101 <br />et ~., please inform the Mined Land Reclamation Division as to the status <br />of the above captioned site t:ith regard to conformance with your local <br />zoning laws.
