A Mined land Reclamation Permit be obtained from the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division of the Colorado Department of Natural <br />Resources. <br />6. Appropriate sediment control measures will be taken to ensure that <br />sediment will not reach the irrigation ditches or the White River. <br />8.
