Enclosed are copies of the Initial <br />Approvals for the Construction Permits dated August 19, 1994. <br />Oakridge has been unable to establish a suitable market for its <br />coal product to date and requests an extension while it further <br />pursues marketing options. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
