Reclamation Board approved your request for a continuance of consideration of
the Montgomery Pit until the November 20-21, 1986 Board t4eeting.
Prior to this meeting you must provide me with the following information so
that your application meets all of the applicable requirement of C.R.S.
34-33-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and P.egulations of the t4ined Land
Reclamation Board: '
1. Proper response to outstanding adequacy concerns; ands;
2. Proof of notification of filing'to all owners of record who might be
affected by the proposed mining operation, pursuant to Rule 2.7.2(4) and
Rule 2.22(5).
