(303} 887-2123; has filed an application far a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Inspiration Point Pit, and is
located at or near the W'/, SW'/., NW'/., Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 81
West, of the 6th Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is May 12, 1995, and the proposed date of
completion is May 12, 2000. The proposed future use of the land is recreation.
