Timely
submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections were conducted
by CEC on December 22, 2005.
No significant problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No dischazge from any of
the ponds was noted and all but the sewage lagoon were dry. CEC did not identify any maintenance required
as a result of this inspection. These observations are in agreement with the Division's observations during
our inspection conducted on December 22, 2005 as well.
