Does the applicant have sufficient water rights <br />to provide all water needs for the mining opera- <br />tion? <br />ANSWER: The applicant does have sufficient water rights for mining <br />operation and reclamation. <br />b. Will the crushers and batch mixing plant be moved <br />periodically? <br />ANSWER: Crushers will be moved as mining areas change. Batch mixing <br />plants will remain in one location. <br />4. Roads and Traffic <br />a. Will any haul roads be constructed beyond the <br />affected land boundaries? <br />ANSWER: Roads beyond affected land boundaries shall be maintained accord- <br />ing to county standards and requirements. <br />C. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. General <br />a. Reclamation map shows 3:1 and 5:1 slopes while this <br />section specifies 4:1, which is correct? <br />ANSWER: All slopes will conform to Mined Land Reclamation Act standards <br />and Larimer County standards, calling for 4:1 grade. <br />
