Long <br />Division D~reclor <br />American Soda has provided the enclosed response to the issues identified by the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology relative to the adequacy of the above referenced application. This response was provided <br />to the Division via facsimile transmission on June 3, 1999. The Division has made a determination that <br />[he enclosed materials were submitted by the applicant for the purpose of "detailing, clarifying, or <br />explaining" the application (Rule 1.8. l (4)), thus no change to the date for consideration Df the <br />application, June 3, 1999, was made.
