Last April Walt Bohrer, the
water commission for district 44 & I inspected Biskup Spnng. We determined that [he spring was Flowing
about 13.5 gallons per minute at [hat time.
We have made no other measurements of the spring for either quantity or quality and have made no
other determination as to the impact the Wagner rock oper.uion on the spring. Any conclusions as to those
impacts could only be documented through an adequate m~mitoring program.
adl Owens
Governor
Greg E.
