• Item 9: The azea of drainage sham on attachment D has been <br />clarified for your rnnvenience. The acreage has also <br />been added to attachment D. It is also contained in <br />Voltane 9, Appendix B-6, Mt. Gunnison No. 1 Mine, Mining <br />and Reclamation Plan. <br />Item 10: Maps and drawings are appropriately certified by a <br />Colorado registered professional engineer. <br />In addition to the adequacy response questions, WmC has <br />received approval from the Colorado Depaztment of Health and <br />the Water Quality Control Division to relocate outfall 009 <br />(Pond MB-5 discharge).
