Gunnison <br />No. 1 Underground Mine located near Somerset. The minor revision <br />is being requested to construct a permanent sediment control <br />ditch, in the location shown on tfie attached map. The ditch will <br />be placed in an old road bed cut between the old portal bench <br />access road and the main access road. <br />The rip-rap-lined ditch will be approximately 175 feet long <br />and will be constructed to handle the runoff from the area shown <br />on the attached map. A pipe, located adjacent to the proposed <br />ditch location, has to date been handling the runoff from this <br />area.
