Box 1773 <br />Durango, CO 81302 <br />P.e: File No.: M-87-064, Dalton Land & Cattle, Incomplete Application <br />Dear Mr. Dillon: <br />Upon reviewing your application fora Mining 8 Reclamation Permit, dated <br />April 16, 1987, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must he submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Roard, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />Application Format: <br />You need to submit four complete packages of the permit application <br />materials, with exhibits clearly labeled and in order (Application <br />form, then Exhibit A, B, C, etc.); <br />Application Form: <br />We need your original signature on at least one of your application <br />forms; <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description needs to be submitted and clearly <br />labeled; <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Map needs to be submitted which is <br />separate from Exhibit F.
