After cursory review of the application <br />information on file with the Clerk and Recorder, we would request that you provide us <br />with a complete copy of the mining plan so that we can determine whether comments to <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board are appropriate. <br />It would initially appear that incorporation of newly acquired property into the amended <br />mining permit may require an approval by EI Paso County.
