In particular, we would appreciate <br />any written comments you may have on the adequacy of the reclamation plan for wildlife habitat <br />as well as any concerns or mitigation measures regarding impacts to wildlife during mining. We <br />have enclosed a copy of the original and amended application as well as previous Division <br />adequacy review comments and adequacy responses received from the Applicant. Your <br />comments will be helpful to us as we will be re-evaluating the reclamation costs for the project <br />beginning on January 24, 2005. <br />Please feel free to call me if you have particular questions on the application or would like to <br />arrange a time to discuss in person.
