<br />Lessee agrees to assist the Lessor in obtaining any and all permits <br />and other documents from the COLORADO t1INED LAND RECLAMATIOtd BOARD, <br />ASSIGNMENT. This lease shall not be assigned or subletted by <br />the Lessee w ti bout obtaining the prior written consent ~>` the Lessor <br />hereto. <br />DEFAULT. It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that if <br />there be a default in any of the covenants; terms: and ~~onditions of <br />this lease, the Lessor shall notify the Lessee of such Ilefault in <br />writing, giving the Lessee ten (10) days to remedy such default and <br />a forfeiture shall not be declared until such procedure shall he <br />followed. In the ,event the Lessee fails to remedy such default as <br />herein provided, the Lessor may at its election declare the term of the <br />lease ended and may re-enter and take possession of the demised <br />premises. <br />NOTICE.
