With the <br />acquisition of WFC by Entech, this exploration program was never implemented The bonding liability <br />for exploration drilling tbaf occurred North of Highway 12 as permitted bS TR-28, TR-38, MR-10, MR-21, <br />MR-31, and~R-36 is transferred to this NOI. As shown by Table 28, this bond liability totaling $87,628 ~ <br />is adequately met by the bonding already held by the State in NOI CX-91-175-23. <br />NOI CX-93-213-03 was permitted for twenty-seven (27) sites with a total bond of $171,969. Seventeen <br />(17) sites with a bond liability exceeding $100,000 were not constructed. The bond liability for exploration <br />drilling that occurred primarily South of Highway 12 and in Section 16, as permitted by TR-28, MR-10, <br />MR-25, MR-31, MR-36, and MR-65 is transferred to this NOI. As shown by Table 28, this bond liability <br />totaling $67,454.00 is adequately met by the unused bonding already held by the State in NOI CX-93- <br />213-03. <br />The approval and bonding for these activities are transferred to the referenced NOl's and the Golden Eagle <br />reclamation bond requirement reduced by $155,082.00. <br />Facilities Retained for Post Mining Land Use <br />The following facilities within the Golden Eagle permit area are to be retained by North Central Energy <br />Company for uses consistent with the approved post mining land use: the accounting trailer, river intake <br />pond, and pump house and footers. <br />BONDING REDUCTION FOR TR-47 <br />• 1).
