That the said Rocky Ford <br />Publishing Company is publisher of "The Ordway <br />New Era," a weekly newspaper, published in <br />Crowley County, Colorado. That the annexed, or <br />Public Notice of Carder Inc., Lamar, Colorado. <br />Notice of Application Being Filed for Application <br />Permit, Application #M-2006-054 with the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology was <br />published July 25, August 1, 8 and 15, 2006 in the <br />Ordway New Era. <br />And further that said newspaper is duly qualified <br />for the purpose of publishing said notice within <br />the meaning of an act to amend an act entitled an <br />act concerning legal notices, etc., enacted March <br />20th, 1923. That said notice was published in the <br />newspaper proper and not in a supplement <br />thereof.
