Carder, Inc. <br />Regular 112 Permit Application <br />Ordway Pit <br />EXHIBIT M -OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br />Carder, Inc. has obtained a Special Use Permit from the Crowley <br />County Planning and Zoning Commission and approval from the County <br />Commissioners (Please see attachment labeled Exhibit M(1). We will also <br />obtain the necessary permits for air quality from the Health Department and <br />we will apply for the stormwater control permit if required. <br /> <br />
