During our meeting on May 28, 1995 the Division and CC&VG agreed
that the operator would collect water quality data from the leak
detection sumps and the underdrain discharge for eight weeks, in
order for a temporary numerical standard to be established. This
would allow the Division and the operator to determine what would
trigger a higher level of monitoring response. The eight-week
period would end July 28, 1995.
Please provide the detailed water quality data you collected for
the eight weeks which includes the independent lab analysis
results, so the Division can evaluate and, in consultation with the
operator, determine what will trigger the higher frequency of
monitoring required under commitments 24, 30 and 31.
