As a result of the assessment conference the amount of the proposed <br />civil penalty was reduced from $1,000 to $750. <br />(d) The violation has been abated. <br />(e) The applicant submitted a technical revision application which evaluated the <br />reasons for treatment system failure and provided a plan to address the problem <br />to prevent future TSS compliance problems. <br />(f) The notice of violation was terminated by the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />on October 6, 1999. Water year data for ULT wells, Rollins Wells and Cottonwood Creek and <br />Rapid Creek Gaging Stations were submitted by letters dated November 2, 1999 <br />and November 23, 1999. <br />(f) The notice of violation was terminated by the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />• on November 24, 1999.
