(e) The applicant submitted a technical revision application which evaluated the reasons for treatment system failure and provided a plan to address the problem to prevent future TSS compliance problems. (f) The notice of violation was terminated by the Division of Minerals and Geology on October 6, 1999. Water year data for ULT wells, Rollins Wells and Cottonwood Creek and Rapid Creek Gaging Stations were submitted by letters dated November 2, 1999 and November 23, 1999.
