All final graded elopes will be no greeter than 2:1 (h:v) (Rule <br />6.1), with the exception that elopes of the Ansley Flat Pit, <br />as stated in your plan, will be no steeper than 3:1. <br />3. The appropriate diversion and sediment catching structures, as <br />recommended by the Soil Conservation Service for the P,oberts <br />Tunnel, A. L. HiJ1 and Valley of the Sun Pita will be constructed <br />before summer 1981. <br />4. If plena for a recreational area (ball park) for tho Woodside Pit <br />are changed, the site will be reclaimed by grading, and revegetntion <br />(as per Soil Conservation Service recommendations), unless an <br />alternate reclamation or land use plan ie developed, at which <br />time we are to be informed. Reclamation of this site is to be <br />carried to completion within 5 years (Rule 6) from the date of <br />this latter. <br />5. the Valley of the Sun Pit nay require an Army Corps of Engineers <br />404 permit.
