Enclosed with this letter you will find a copy of
our Proof of Publication from the Castle Rock News Press
for the Winkler Light Aggregate Quarry.
Also with this letter we have included a revised sheet 1
of 4 (Exhibit C) and 3 of 4 (Exhibit F). The graphics
on these two sheets mistakenly indicate we will be
mining under the Public Service Company power line. At
this point we do not have a written agreement with
Public Service to mine closer than 200 feet from the
power line. Therefore, we are revising the edge of
mining to be 200 feet from the power line.
