No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this period.
Outfalls 004, and 017 did not discharge during this period. Outfa11020 has not been constructed yet;
therefore, there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date.
Outfalls 006, 007, and 008 discharged during only three weeks of April, which reflects as a shortage
in the 'frequency of analysis' for reported parameters.
Outfalls 001, 005, and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters. TCC is conducting
some internal sampling to further explain some issues that have previously been in question with the NPDES
requirements. A copy of these results is included in the submittal.
Please contact me at (970) 870-2730 for any further questions or additional information.
Twentymile Coal Company
~'~. ~Q~'n~l
Joe Shoemaker
Environmental Specialist
enclosures
cc: DMG
CWPS Permit No. CO-0027154 file
