DMP's 002, 003, <br />004 and 006 were sampled during the month. All samples taken were <br />within compliance parameters. <br />The One Time Analysis (OTA) was sampled on April 5, 1994, but due to an <br />overlook in the new permit, it was re-sampled on April 26, 1994. The <br />results will be forwarded to you upon receipt of them from the lab. <br />The Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) test for the second quarter of 1994 <br />was conducted on April 11th, 13th and 15th. The initial results are <br />that DMP's 002, 003, 004 and 006 passed this test. The lab results <br />have not been sent to the mine as of to date. When the results come <br />from the lab, the results will be forward to you. <br />MLRD water stations were sampled during the month with a complete ran <br />on the surface water and a partial ran on the ground water.
