O'Con~ror n~~ .~ Pursuant to the requirement of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act* to inform counties and certain municipalities of mining and reclamation permit applications filed with this office, please know that Miller & Berends has filed to conduct a gravel, sand and rock mining operation of 22.467 acres, at or near SE 1/4 Section 27.0, Township 9.0 S, Range 64.0 W, 6th Prime Meridian. The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for agricultural - range land. The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations or master plan. We would like you to verify this. Please return the enclosed form to verify the applicant's conformance or non-conformance with local land use regulations. The applicant is required to place a copy of the application for public inspection with the Clerk of the County. This is intended to provide the application for public review and comment. Please note it is not intended to be made a part of the public record by recording. The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on October 23, 1985.
