Mineral Rules a d <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Roard <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />Please provide the Division with a map which shows greater detail of <br />access the site from Durango. <br />EXHIBIT B - Site Description <br />1. Is the pipeline row within 200 feet of the affected area? <br />2. What is the topography of the site? <br />EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan <br />how to <br />The purpose of the mining plan is to describe how mining will affec the <br />permit area for the duration of the operation. This plan must be c rrelated <br />to Exhibit E - Map. The description of the mining plan must be ade uate to <br />satisfy the requirements of Rule 3 and demonstrate compliance with ule 6. At <br />a minimum, you should include the following information. <br />1. Specify the dates that mining will commence and end. These may be <br />dictated by uncertain economic factors, but you should make your be t estimate <br />based upon your current plans. <br />2. Topsoil should be segregated from overburden and stockpiled sep rately. <br />Topsoil stockpiles stored longer than one growing season should be raded to <br />slopes no steeper than 3H:1V and seeded with a perennial cover. T psoil <br />stockpiles should be located separate from other stockpiles, out of the way of <br />mine traffic and out of stream channels or drainageways. The location of <br />topsoil stockpiles must be shown on Exhibit E - Map. <br />3.
