General Chemist
Each sample is analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limits within the constraints of the
methods. Due to high constituent concentration, the Nitrate-Nitrite, Nitrite and Sulfate analyses for sample
MW-10 had to be performed at a dilution. The results in the analytical report have been flagged with a
"Q", and the reporting limits have been adjusted relative to the dilution required.
Chloride, Fluoride and TDS were detected in the method blanks associated with QC batches 4105545,
4117413 and 4107607. Because the level in the method blank is not present at a level greater than the
reporting limit, corrective action is deemed unnecessary.
The Nitrite MS/MSD associated with DC batch 4102099 was performed using sample MW-10. The MSD
exhibited percent recoveries outside the QC control limits. The acceptable LCS analysis data indicated
that the analytical system evas operating within control; therefore, corrective action was deemed
unnecessary.
The MS/MSD recoveries for Sulfate, associated with QC batch 4107635, are acceptable, however, these
are estimated results as the concentrations exceeded the calibration range.
No other anomalies were observed
