BOX 1 87 Division Director <br />Craig, CO 81626 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, First Quarter 2005 DMR Review <br />Dear Mr. Luke: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s First Quarter 2005 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's First quarter 2005 DMRs were received by the Division, on April 28, 2005. <br />The reports cover the time period from January 1, 2005 through March 31, 2005. Timely submittal of <br />these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Six outfalls dischazged during First quarter 2005. Outfalls 001, 002, and 021 dischazged throughout the <br />quarter. Outfalls 011, 020 and 023 discharged for a portion of the quarter. No reported parameters were <br />found to be in excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that discharged. WET tests were conducted for <br />outfalls 020, 021 and 023. No exceedences were reported for outfalls 020, 021 or 023.
