Also, enclosed are copies of dte <br />COLORADO -CDPS \ri'ET TEST REPORT FORM -CHRONIC forms Eor required quarterly testing. No permit <br />limitation exceedeuces occurred during dte quarter. <br />For Oudall 024, more parameters were reported then required in the field statintcs because Routine Chronic \Vet <br />Tes[ing was being performed at that [ime. Site 024 does not meet some of the requiremen[ frequencies for <br />the lab parameters due to 'No Flow' periods. The reported statistics demonstrate that this site was visited <br />per permit reguladous. <br />Chrome \Ghole Efthteut Toxian• (\C'ET) [es[ing was performed at Outtalk 0?? and 0'4 and indicated no toxicity to <br />P. prame(xs or C. duGia . The "Concenvation with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethalite" was > 100'°~.
