In the event Saltcedar <br />emerges, the applicant will mechanically remove the plants. In the event a plant <br />becomes established, the applicant will either utilize an effective herbicide directly <br />adjacent to the plant or will cut the plant and paint the exposed surface with an effective <br />herbicide. <br />The applicant will cooperate with the local representatives of the NSC regarding <br />combating noxious weeds in the reclaimed area. <br />The applicant, in cooperation with Fremont County, State Engineer's Office and The Army <br />Corps of Engineers, has agreed to not disturb the area designated as the 100-year flood <br />plain as depicted on the FEMA map. <br />Please call me directly at 719-275-8951 or 719-429-8950 with any questions. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~%~~~~~~Ccn.~~ <br />Angela M.
