No.: Pond #5 <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter, 2004 <br />Inspection Date: August 29, 2004 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan <br />This sediment control pond lies north east of the main facilities area. All drainage from the <br />reclaimed mine facilities area is directed to this pond. The primary discharge gale has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1).
