Cattany <br /> Acting Division Director <br />Re: Copies of the Permit File, Topaz Mtn, Gem Mine, Permit No. M-2002-003 <br />Deaz Mr. Rubeck: <br />Per your July 26, 2002 request, enclosed aze copies of the referenced permit file that have been <br />imaged (received after February 8, 2002}, These aze all the documents (except for bonding <br />documents) that aze in the imaging system. If you need the bonding documents, please let me <br />know. The rest of the permit file was sent out for duplication and will be mailed to you under <br />separate cover. There is no charge for the enclosed copies because you were so kind to provide <br />the Division with copies of the old permit, at no charge, a few years ago.
