The
application for Pit 29 was approved with the stipulation concerning
water (as approved by the Board during last month's meeting). I have
enclosed a page from the November meeting that gives the exact wording
of the stipulation. The addition of this stipulation is also to
cover the situation of water lost with product removed wet. The
conversion of Pit 17 was approved as presented by me.
I have enclosed a copy of our corporate surety bond form. You may
make copies of this form since you will need more than one. Upon
receipt of the $49,000.00 replacement bond for Pit 17, the original
bond will be returned (to whoever you designate) and your permit will
be issued. Likewise, upon receipt of the $89,435.00 bond for Pit 29,
the permit for this operation will be issued (with the stipulation as
described above).
If I can be of any further assistance in either of these matters,
please call me.
Sincerely,
Mark S.
