2. Division's Introduction, Overview, and recommendation:
The Division shall have 10 minutes in which to present an introductory overview of the
application and recommended decision.
3. Applicant's Presentation:
The applicant shall have 20 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board.
4. Objector's Presentations:
The objectors shall have a total of 35 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board.
Timeframes allocated for the 3 issues to be considered are as follows:
A. 15 minutes - Prior county approval, to be presented by Pinnacle Pines, LLC
B. 10 minutes - Land use planning, to be presented by Commerce City
C. 10 minutes - Impacts to the First Creek floodway and floodplain, to be presented by
Commerce City
5. Public Comment Period:
Members of the public who are not parties to this action shall have 10 minutes collectively
to address the Board.
6. Cross-Examination and Rebuttal Statement - Applicant
The applicant shall have 30 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make a rebuttal
statement. (10 minutes allocated for rebuttal of each of the three concerns presented).

The objectors shall have a total of 30 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make rebuttal
statements.
