Applicant's Presentation: <br /> The applicant shall have 20 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board. <br /> 4. Objector's Presentations: <br /> The objectors shall have a total of 35 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board. <br /> Timeframes allocated for the 3 issues to be considered are as follows: <br /> A. 15 minutes - Prior county approval, to be presented by Pinnacle Pines, LLC <br /> B. 10 minutes - Land use planning, to be presented by Commerce City <br /> C. 10 minutes - Impacts to the First Creek floodway and floodplain, to be presented by <br /> Commerce City <br /> 5. Public Comment Period: <br /> Members of the public who are not parties to this action shall have 10 minutes collectively <br /> to address the Board. <br /> 6. Cross-Examination and Rebuttal Statement - Applicant <br /> The applicant shall have 30 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make a rebuttal <br /> statement. (10 minutes allocated for rebuttal of each of the three concerns presented). <br /> 7. Cross-Examination and Rebuttal - Objectors: <br /> The objectors shall have a total of 30 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make rebuttal <br /> statements. <br /> 8.
