<br />MINING PLAN MAP <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY--NICKELL GRAVEL PIT <br />File No, M-94-077 <br />1. Permit boundaries are as shown on the map. <br /> <br />2. All of the land within 200 feet of the proposed pit and of the access <br />road is owned by Letha Nickell. <br />3. The access road, the initial pit and the area of stockpile for the over- <br />burden are shown on the map. We do not plan to stockpile gravel. There <br />should be no waste rockfills. The stream channel is shown on the map <br />There are no buildings in the area. There will be no processing plant. <br />Gravel will be loaded directly into County Trucks and hauled for use on <br />county roads in the area. There are no underground openings, ponds, or <br />impoundments. There is no water even at the bottom of the excavation, <br />so there are no plans for disposal thereof. <br />4. The mining will extend North, South along the Southwest border of the <br />permitted acreage to the East side of the Creek, but not beyond. <br />5. There is a windmill marked on the contour map supplied by the Soil Conservation <br />Service, which is more than 200' East of the permitted acreage. <br />There are no significant, valuable, or permanent man-made structures; <br />houses, barns, fences, above or below ground utilities, irrigation <br />ditches, roads, bridges, wells, pipelines, water storage impoundments <br />railroad tracks, cemeteries, or communications antennas within 200 feet <br />of the site or of the proposed access road. <br />6.
