Cattany <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has received an objection to the application for <br />the Gray Pit No. 2 Sand and Gravel Mine. Rule 1.4.9(2)(c) requires that the Division issue a Letter of <br />Recommendation to the Board by no later than July 25`" 2005. The Letter of Rational shall be mailed <br />out on or before the 25`h to meet the requirement the Rule for a minimum of 3 working days prior to the <br />Pre-hearing conference. A party may by verbal or written request to this Office receive a copy of the <br />Letter of Rational be faxed on the date of issue. <br />Mr. Dan Hernandez will preside as Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
