The other surface <br />water sample sites shown on Map 13, Energy Mines lil and 112 Hydrology, <br />will be sampled for TDS, TSS, Fe, Mn, pll and F.C only. _ <br />7) The enclosed table has been changed to describe biannual (high and <br />low flow) sampling of perennial streams. <br />4) An annual report of water monitoring data over the past water year <br />(October 1 tfirnugh September 30) will he submitted to OSM and MLR on <br />or before November 15th during the bonding period. <br />5) The enclosed table has been changed to show that total iron and total <br />manganese will be monitored. <br />6) The enclosed table has been modified to show that alluvial wells will <br />be monitored sampled quarterly and analyzed for major constituents. <br />To avoid confusion, EF'C proposes that Che enclosed table and map be <br />inserted 1n the permit application under Section 780.21(b~, under the <br />aub-heading, "Monitoring Plan". The table will become "Table 101(a) - <br />Hydrologic Monitoring Schedule", and the map will become "Insert to Map <br />13-Energy Mines 1 and 2 and Eckman Park, Life-oE-Mine Monitoring Plan". <br />Thus, EFC will commit to the monitoring plan required by 780.21(b) in a <br />manner approved by MLR and OSM. <br />When this proposal is approved by MLRD and OSM, we will visit your <br />offices to insert the table and map in all copies of our permit. <br />Sincerely, <br />GWM/lar <br />ENERGY FUELS CORPORATION <br />~~~~ ~ <br />Gary W.
