Pickarts, a <br />registered engineer. <br />Rule 4.05.9(14)(a) Such inspections shall be made regularly during construction, upon <br />completion of construction, and at least yearly until removal of the structure or release of the <br />performance bond. <br />The report is a yeazly inspection of existing ponds. <br />Rule 4.05.9(14)(b) The qualified registered professional engineer shall, promptly after each <br />inspection required by 4.05.9(14), provide to the Division, a certified report that the impoundment <br />has been constructed and/or maintained as designed, and in accordance with the approved plan and <br />the applicable regulations. <br />Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation <br />Office of <br />Active and Inactive Mines <br />Colorado <br />Geological Survey <br />
