In addition, corrective <br />action shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. See the permit, Part <br />I.B.2. for details on such submission. <br />C. Additional Terms and Conditions <br />1. Materials Containment Plan: On May 25, 1983, the permittee submitted an <br />engineered spill plan. The moat recent update to the plan on file was <br />submitted in March, 1991. An update to the plan is required to be filed <br />within 90 days of the permit effective date, detailing all changes which <br />have occurzed since the original submittal. If no changes have occurxed, <br />a letter to this effect is required. For specific requirements, refer to <br />Part I.E of the permit. <br />
