In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the DMR. This report should contain the required summarization of the test results for parameters shown in Part I.B.1. of the permit. See the permit, Part I.B.2. for details on such submission. C. Additional Terms and Conditions 1. Materials Containment Plan: On May 25, 1983, the permittee submitted an engineered spill plan. The moat recent update to the plan on file was submitted in March, 1991. An update to the plan is required to be filed within 90 days of the permit effective date, detailing all changes which have occurzed since the original submittal. If no changes have occurxed, a letter to this effect is required. For specific requirements, refer to Part I.E of the permit.
