Compliance with Terms and Conditions of Previous Permit <br />A review of the data summarized on the preceding pages shows compliance to be <br />generally good, with a few exceptions. One exceedence each are shown for the <br />following outfalls and parameters: outfall 005 - TR iron, TR silver and TR zinc; <br />outfall 007 - TSS and TR zinc; outfall 019 - TR manganese. All appear to be <br />isolated incidents and the permittee responded with corrective measures. <br />VI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERMIT <br />A. Effluent Limitations <br />In developing suitable effluent limitations, the Division must review all <br />applicable standards and regulations and apply that which is more stringent. <br />This review includes, but is not limited to, the water quality standard based <br />effluent limitations, federal guidelines and standards (40 CFR Subchapter N) and <br />State Effluent Regulations (10.1.0). Such a review has been done for this <br />facility.
