Please contact the DNislon's Permits and <br />Enforcement Section regarding amendment procedures. <br />We Tind your application to be in conformance with the Water Quality Contrd Commission's 'Regulations <br />for Site Applications for Domestic Wastewater Treatment Works'. Therefore, the she application is <br />approved with the fdlowing conditions listed below. <br />Based upon application Information, the system design will be tor: <br />Average Daily Flow Capacity - 0.015 mgd <br />Organic Loading Capacity - 31.2 lbs.
