We
would appreciate your consideration of these comments during your deliberation on whether to grant the
requested mining permit and accept the reclamation plan.
Exhibit Page ~ of the reclamation plan under Responsibilities as a Permittee, article 2 states:
The board may suspend or revoke this permit, or assess a civil penalty, upon finding that the
permittee violated [he terms or conditions of this permit, the Act, the Mineral Rules and
Regulations, or that information contained in the application or your permit misrepresent
important material facts.
The comments below list specific issues in the Operation Reclamation Permit application submitted by
Four States Aggregates, LLC for reclamation of the Line Camp Pit that appear to represent clear
misrepresentations of material facts. There are numerous other errors in the reclamation plan that could
be interpreted as "errors of omission".
EXHIBIT C -PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS
Map C-l :Entire site showing present contours and roads. Exhibit Pg 4
This survey plat is presumed to show existin roads and contour lines as relating to the proposed gravel
operations. However, the access road depicted on this plat at the north boundary of the proposed pit and
accessing the sou[hwestem comer of the Line Camp ranch does not currently exist as of Feb 25, 2001 (see
attached photographs).
